Created in partnership with The Center for State Enforcement of Antitrust and Consumer Protection Laws, the State Center Consumer Protection Report is an initiative devoted exclusively to aggregating information on consumer protection cases brought by state attorneys general across the country. Cases, investigations, settlements and consumer alerts are gathered exclusively from state attorneys general press releases, archived onsite, and distributed monthly by email.

Current and past issues of the Report are available to download in the Newsletters section. To receive the Report by email, sign up for the Consumer Protection Report mailing list.

Contents of the monthly Consumer Protection Reports are also available in a searchable database, in the Articles section of the site. Here, visitors can search by key word, state, date, and other characteristics, and navigate the contents as individual articles.
